6 SIMPLE WAYS TO MAKE MONEY ONLINE

Updated: Apr 11, 2022

I am a huge advocate of living life on your own terms. I am however, not an idiot. I know that you can’t feed yourself, or your family, on fresh air. There is a cost attached to living life and therefore you need to make money and that is exactly what I am going to teach you.

Making money online has never been easier, or more fun! And in my opinion, this is the future of business, having the ability to make an income, (particularly a passive income) from wherever you are in the world, is something previous generations could never even imagined to be possible.

With so many options available to you, it can be difficult to know where to start. So I have compiled a list of some of my favourite business models, which are pretty familiar to most people.

1. Blogging is a great way to make money, you would be amazed at the amount of people out there, who will pay you good money to blog for them. It is basically like writing an entry in your diary and then people come along read it, discuss it and comment on it ( and hopefully take some value from it). There are services out there, who charge thousands of pounds a month to blog 2 or 3 times a month for startup businesses. Obviously, if you are new to blogging you wouldn‘t go straight in at the high end. You can however, go in at a lower rate and then use that money to either pay for a good quality blogging course or (and I prefer this option) pay an experienced blogger to teach you. I always prefer to be taught by another person, mostly because you are more likely to develop a relationship with that person and you will each offer value to the other, and in business nothing is more important than building relationships. Once you have a relationship, they are more likely to offer help and advice without a charge. Courses are great though, especially if you have less budget available or you want to take your time in the learning process. The internet is always in need of new content, readers are always looking for the next piece of writing, so there is a growing need for people to write blogs. Working for someone else can improve your skills, whilst you Are working on your own blog. For around £50 you can have your own blog setup for 12 months. As your following grows you will be able to stop selling your time and you can turn your blog into a passive revenue stream.

If you want to get started with Blogging I suggest using a site like Get Blogged its easy to use and you can link all of your social media and websites to one profile to showcase your work. Click here to get started with Get Blogged

2. YouTube

Don’t make the mistake of thinking that you have to be an expert video maker to be a success on YouTube. The reality is That you can become a successful YouTuber without spending a fortune on equipment and without any real experience at all. Video marketing is a great way to be creative and an area of marketing that loads of small businesses need help with. Keep videos fun and creative and you will smash all those other boring companies straight out of the water. All you need to start is a smartphone. Just like blogging, you can create videos for your clients whilst building your own channel.

3. Instagram

I am not about to cover every social media platform but Instagram is one of the most popular so I use this as an example. So, the way to use Instagram is to take pictures, filter them and get people to follow you. If you get enough followers you will be approached by big brands, who will pay you to take pictures of yourself with their product. Instagram is a business and a service that you can provide to people. You will find that most InstaCelebs get someone else to take their pictures and photoshop the life out of them and make it look like they rolled out of bed that way. They treat their Instagram account like a visual CV and so should you.

4. Author

I write for a living. You can make fast money easily online by selling your time as a Ghostwriter. Whether you are writing an article, a blog post or a book, writing is writing. The better you get at it, the more you can use your skills in other areas of your career. As you get better, you can turn this into a passive income by writing under your own name. As an author, you can be as creative and authentic as you like. The thing about writing is that people are always looking for other material to read and you don’t even need to search for people to read your material, you have an entire network waiting for your work.

5. Product Creator

A product creator is not quite the same thing as an author but very similar. As a product creator you can help people and generate fast income at the same time. You can sell a book online for £2.00 which is great but it isn’t a lot of money. When you create a product you can sell the same information for £35.00 and people will love it. It is the same content just in a different format, people are willing to pay more for for this type of material. As a product creator you will be paid a flat fee at first, then as you get better you can turn this into a passive income by receiving Royalties.

6. Copywriting

Hands down, the fastest way to get rich online and it is the most valuable skill that you can develop to ensure your financial future. Copywriting is the ability to write something that motivates the reader or listener to take action.

A good example is writing an that appears online or in a magazine and when a person sees this advert they are motivated to buy that product. This is a universal skill and in the unlikely event that the internet should disappear, Copywriting will still exist.

The amazing thing about Copywriting, is that you get paid according to your ability. There are loads of small jobs that pay £100-£200 that you can take up when you are just getting started. Once you have developed your skills you can expect to be paid thousands of pounds. To become a great Copywriter you should take a small course. Once you understand what it takes to be a Copywriter, you can take on low ticket jobs. Then you can earn the money to pay for more advanced courses, then you will be paid more.

When you get to a certain level you may be employ as an apprentice. All clients outside your mentors budget will be given to you, if you struggle you will have your mentor to tweak your work and you will learn along the way.

Copywriting is 90% structure and 10% fancy words. Tell real stories, write for newspaper, radio and even TV. I love the craft of Copywriting, it is easy to learn and a resilient craft indeed.

So as you can see there are ways to make easy money in this day and age all online and from your handset. The best thing is that you don’t need a ton of money to get started!!

I hope this helps.
